Petridis
Max read Law at King’s College London, where his studies focused on commercial, shipping and company law. He went on to obtain a Master of Laws from the University of Glasgow, obtaining the highest mark in his year for secured finance, where he explored maritime liens and other possessory securities. He wrote on the law of bailment in carriage of goods and other contracts.
Max spent six months as a court advocate and represented clients in commercial contractual disputes in the civil courts in which role he had conduct of litigation at every stage.
Max is passionate about legal volunteering and has undertaken roles at various pro bono organisations, including the Free Representation Unit, Company Insolvency Pro Bono Scheme, Employment Tribunal LIP Support Scheme and others.
In his free time, Max is a keen sailor and has competed in many Laser Class championships.
He joined Nautica in September 2024 as a Paralegal.
Max is bi-lingual in Greek and English.
