Frank joined the firm after qualifying as a solicitor with an international law firm, where he gained experience in shipping and trade disputes in London, and spent 6 months on secondment in Hong Kong. Having started his career as a shipbroker chartering VLCC and Suezmax vessels, Frank combines his legal knowledge with valuable commercial experience.

Prior to shipping, Frank read Politics and International Relations at Bristol University (BSc). He later obtained an LLM at BPP University, with a focus on the carriage of goods by sea, and completed the LPC at the University of Law.
