Introducing Nautica Law LLP

Our long-standing clients know that we have relaunched the firm with a new name, brand, website and also new offices.

For those who perhaps don’t know us so well, Nautica Law was previously known as Winter Scott, a firm established in 2004. Our lawyers have many years’ combined experience in all types of shipping dispute.

What has not changed is our dedication to our clients, our pride in our work and our commercial approach. That approach, and in the pleasure we gain from our relationships with our clients, have always been assisted by encouraging our lawyers to take up secondments with our clients. We also maintain our commitment to providing exceptional legal advice promptly and in a cost-effective way, always putting the client first.

We are very excited to launch our new brand which represents all that we stand for, nearly 20 years on from the establishment of the firm. We look forward to working with all our clients, old and new, and to continue to provide the exceptional service that the firm is known for.

Frank Ashworth joins Nautica Law

Nautica Law LLP is delighted to welcome Frank Ashworth to the team as an Associate.

Frank joins us after qualifying with an international firm. He brings not only first rate legal knowledge but extensive commercial experience having spent a number of years as a shipbroker in the tanker market chartering VLCC and Suezmax vessels.

We look forward to introducing Frank to friends and Clients as he builds his practice at Nautica Law.
